Day 1: Depart U. S.
Board your aircraft and settle down for an overnight flight across the Atlantic with in-flight meals and entertainment.

Day 2: Dublin Arrival & Tour
Following your arrival at Dublin Airport, claim your baggage and head to the car hirer desk in the Arrivals Hall to obtain the keys to your car. it’s then off to Ireland countryside and the medieval city of Kilkenny, Ireland’s ancient capital. Take a guided tour of Kilkenny Castle and learn of Ireland’s earliest past. Visit Kilkenny Design Centre and encounter many of Ireland’s finest craftspeople’s. On to the seaport town, Waterford and home to the famous Waterford Crystal Factory. Overnight Waterford. (B,D)

Day 3:Waterford Crystal & Country Life
Drive to Waterford Crystal Factory, if open and watch skilled craftspeople create elegant masterpieces. In the showrooms see a huge collection of tableware and trophies. Nearby board the Dunbrody Emigrant Ship, a scale replica of the original ship built in 1845; walk in the footsteps of Irish Famine emigrants on their journey of hope to America. Go below and enter the confine spaces which would be home for passengers and crew for the 45 day voyage as live actors bring history to life. Perhaps, you may wish to drive south instead and capture the quaint picturesque fishing town of Dunmore East. Overnight Waterford. (B,D)

Day 4 Historic Cobh & Kinsale
Travel west through Dungarvan, a major town with a fine harbor. Next Cobh to visit the Cobh Heritage Centre to learn of those who emigrated from Ireland via Cobh. The Queenstown Story, a dramatic multimedia exhibition of the origins, history and legacy and its connection with the Titanic. Retrace the origins of 2.5 million adults and children from which Cobh was the last port before leaving for their new life. Continue through Cork city or if time permits, stop and tour The Old Middleton Distillery then onto the popular harbor town of Kinsale, sometimes referred to as Ireland Gourmet Capital in time to meander through town before dinner. Day 5: Blarney & Killarney
Today begins with a visit to Blarney Woolen Mills, offering an excellent variety of Irish-made products under one roof, or stop at nearby Blarney Castle to bestow on oneself the gift of eloquence by kissing its famous stone. If you wish, you may roam through the village before driving along the River Lee valley to County Kerry’s rollicking town of Killarney. In the afternoon, this town has much to see including their famous jaunty carts. Check into your hotel in Killarney and after dinner you may like to check out some of its popular “singing pubs.” Overnight Killarney. (B,D)

Day 6: Ring of Kerry
Experience highlights of Ireland's natural beauty on this full day tour of the Ring of Kerry. The road winds between picturesque valleys and mountains on one side and the Atlantic seacoast on the other. As you drive, there are a number of cutoffs allowing for plenty of photo opportunities. Pass through the festival town of Killorglin and the remote villages of Cahirciveen and Waterville at the end of the peninsula. On the return journey through the colorful village of Sneem and stop at Moll's Gap to view the “Three Lakes of Killarney.” Opposite the fishing village of Portmagee encounter a unique experience, The Skellig Experience . This sixteen minute audio visual program “The Call of the Skelligs” offers, in a lively non academic way, a guided tour of the monastery and the life and work of early Irish Christian Monks on Skellig Michael. Enjoy some free time in Killarney before dinner at your hotel. Overnight Killarney. (B,D)

Day 07: Cliffs of Moher & Galway
Drive north from Killarney to Tarbert, taking its ferry across the River Shannon to visit the Cliffs of Moher, Ireland’s majestic walls of rock which extend five miles along the coast. Drive through part of the Burren, a unique region of rounded limestone hills, where rare wildflowers thrive in sheltered crevices. There are many prehistoric dolmens, large Stonehenge like capstones erected on two uprights. Travel to the City of Tribes, Galway and check into your hotel. Enjoy this perfect small city. It is without a doubt the most vibrant, colorful, buzzy place in Ireland. Overnight Galway. (B,D)
Day 8: Depart for Home
Following breakfast, depart Galway for Shannon Airport and your flight home. Check in for your flight and visit the dutyfree stores for any last minute shopping before passing U. S. Immigration pre-clearance and boarding your aircraft. (B)

Aran Islands & Dun Aengus
From Galway take a nearby short ferry ride to Inishmore, the largest of the three Aran Islands. These rocky islands are renowned for traditional fishing and farming communities. The Irish language is the vernacular and the popular patterned sweaters originated here. Take a minibus ride through the island to Dun Aengus, a huge pre-historic fortress perched on sheer cliffs. In Kilronan, the main town on the island, visit the Aran Heritage Centre to learn about local customs before returning to the mainland. This trip will be offered on April 2 - October 8 departures; outside those dates take a drive through the scenic region of Connemara. Stop in Cong for a walking tour to see locations from the movie of “The Quiet Man” and tour the lovely public salons and church at Kylemore Abbey. Overnight Galway (B, D)

LUGGAGE: Trunk space in self-drive cars is limited so pack lightly, preferably using soft-sided suitcases. Due to this limitation, we recommend one piece of luggage per person not to exceed 30 x 20 x 10 inches.
NOT INCLUDED: All items of a personal nature (room service, beverages, telephone charges, laundry, special food requests, etc.) and meals not specified on the tour itinerary are not included and must be paid by the passenger.
DOCUMENTS: Documents will be shipped by Federal Express or U.P.S. ground service approximately two weeks prior to departure provided full payment has been received. If documents are required earlier than 14 days because passengers are leaving home in advance of the tour booked, we need sufficient notice to arrange for early delivery by regular service. Late bookings will incur an express service delivery charge.
UNUSED ARRANGEMENTS: There are no refunds or exchanges for unused accommodations, services or features of any tour.
CLAIMS OR DISPUTES: You should submit to Kenny Tours in writing no later than 28 days after the end of the tour.
CAR RENTAL INSURANCE: Basic car rental insurance charges include unlimited mileage, theft protection and third party insurance, which covers passenger indemnity in respect to injuries resulting from an accident involving the rental car. The hirer is responsible for all damage to the rental car and must leave an imprint of a major credit card with the car rental company at the start of the rental to cover any damage which may occur. Read the following sections closely to see how the hirer can indemnify himself/herself against liability by purchasing supplementary insurances. Cash, Travellers Cheques and EURcheques are not accepted as payment by car hire company. Rental Return: A two hour grace period is allowed from time of pickup and return.

Failure to do so, may incur additional charges.
CDW DEDUCTIBLE/EXCLUSIONS: The following deductible amounts of 900- 3,500 which vary depending on car rented are not covered by CDW.
DAMAGE EXCESS INSURANCE/SUPER CDW: To insure against CDW deductible amounts above, the hirer may purchase a Super CDW which reduces your amount to between 100 and 500 depending on car class. Daily cost: 10- 20 depending on car.
GOLD PREMIUM INSURANCE: Reduces your deductible to Zero and includes one additional driver. It exempts renter from loss or damage to windscreen, tires, wheels and keys. Cost 20- 30 day
SUPPLEMENTARY LIABILITY INSURANCE: The purchase of this mandatory insurance will reduce your third party liability deductible of 1200 to zero. Cost 8.00 day.
DRIVER/BAGGAGE PROTECTION (DBP/PAI): PAI covers the driver and passengers up to 30,000 per person in respect of personal injuries. If Gold Premium Insurance is purchased the PAI is included. Daily cost 5.00 Additional Driver(s): 6.00 day per driver plus VAT. Maximum 4.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum rental age is 23. Maximum age is 74. For young driver 23-26 there is a minimum age fee of 10.00 per day plus VAT.
DRIVING LICENSE: Drivers must have two year's driving experience and produce a valid driving license with no endorsements, issued in their state/country of residence.
RESPONSIBILITY: Kenny Tours Ltd. 5530 Abbey Ln. Salisbury, MD 21801-2327 is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage or other loss a passenger incurs on any tour arising from acts or omissions by any air carrier, public or private transport company, hotel, car rental company, subcontractor or other person or organization, whether or not such company is rendering any services supplied on the tour. All tickets and vouchers are issued and supplied subject to the foregoing and to any and all terms and conditions under which transportation and services are provided. Airline tariffs limit liability for baggage.
IMPORTANT: Kenny Tours accepts no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, flight cancellations or misconnections due to mechanical problems, sickness, quarantine, weather, acts of God, strikes, government actions, war, terrorism or other circumstances beyond its control. Passengers must bear all such losses or expenses. To guard against unforeseen circumstances, we again recommend you purchase tour protection insurance.
VALIDITY: Rates in this brochure are valid from 1st January 2006 to 31st March, 2007 and are quoted on a per person, sharing twin/double bedded room basis. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are calculated on currency rates and fares existing on January 01, 2006. Any devaluation or revaluation of currencies may affect published prices.
